New Orleans Brunch Cooking Class

Join us for a True New Orleans style brunch! The South is known for Brunch, so let us show you how it’s done in New Orleans. Bottomless champagne, mimosas, wine, beer, sodas, and water are included. In this hands-on class, we will be making some of our favorite recipes. You will work alongside the Chef learning the best ways to cut and prep the Holy Trinity.

The Chef will teach you to prepare a soulful menu of:

New Orleans Style Shrimp and Grits
Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce over a Crab Cake
Praline bacon (Pig Candy)

Wine, beer, sodas, tea, and water are included with your class. Classes are available every day at 10:00 am 2:00 pm or 6:00 pm. The minimum class is 2 people with a maximum of 10 people.

Children over 10 are allowed but they must be willing to participate and more importantly love to cook!

DEPARTURE/RETURN LOCATION	Classes are held in the French Quarter at: 519 Wilkinson St, Suite 101 New Orleans, LA 70130
DEPARTURE TIME	Please arrive promptly 15-30 minutes before your adventure.
CANCELLATION POLICY	We make sure everything is ready for your class 24 hours before class time. Therefore, please let us know 48 hours before class time if you need to cancel or re-book for another time. Refunds will be given as follows: 100% refund will be issued if we cancel your scheduled class. 100% refund will be issued if you cancel your scheduled class with at least a 48 hour notice of your scheduled class time. 80% refund will be issued if you cancel your scheduled class within a 48 hour notice of your scheduled class time.
