These age-old recipes will quickly become your new favorite Cajun/Creole dishes. Dishes that are centuries old and still adorn today. We will use all the favorite Cajun and Creole Meats to make our Jambalaya and Barbecue Shrimp.
Join us for a Lunch or Dinner you won’t soon forget:
- Barbecue Shrimp (New Orleans style)
- Chicken, Andouille Sausage Jambalaya
- Chocolate Bread Pudding with a Brandy Mocha Sauce
- Wine, beer, sodas, tea, and water are included with your class. Classes are available every day at 10:00 am 2:00 pm or 6:00 pm. The minimum class is 2 people with a maximum of 10 people.

DEPARTURE TIME | Please arrive promptly 15-30 minutes before your adventure. |
CANCELLATION POLICY |
We make sure everything is ready for your class 24 hours before class time. Therefore, please let us know 48 hours before class time if you need to cancel or re-book for another time.
