Louisiana Sauce Class

Prepare to tantalize your taste buds!

This is also a Hands-on class. Prepare to tantalize your taste buds. We boil jumbo shrimp and make a Remoulade sauce to serve over shrimp on a bed of chiffonade romaine. Then a classic trout Meuniere with herbed rice. This dish teaches the four stages of butter and the uses at each stage. The grand finale is a Pecan Praline Bread Pudding.

Sink your teeth into these rich sauces:

  • Shrimp with Louisiana Remoulade Sauce
  • Trout a la Meuniere with herbed rice
  • Pecan Praline Bread Pudding with a Praline sauce

Wine, beer, sodas, tea, and water are included with your class. Classes are available every day at 10:00 am 2:00 pm or 6:00 pm. The minimum class is 2 people with a maximum of 10 people.

  • Children over 10 are allowed but they must be willing to participate and more importantly love to cook!

DEPARTURE TIME Please arrive promptly 15-30 minutes before your adventure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We make sure everything is ready for your class 24 hours before class time. Therefore, please let us know 48 hours before class time if you need to cancel or re-book for another time.

Refunds will be given as follows:
100% refund will be issued if we cancel your scheduled class.
100% refund will be issued if you cancel your scheduled class with at least a 48 hour notice of your scheduled class time.
80% refund will be issued if you cancel your scheduled class within a 48 hour notice of your scheduled class time.
