New Orleans Sauce Class
Prepare to tantalize your taste buds!
In this hands-on class we will first prepare the Sea Scallops with Beurre Blanc Sauce. The freshly grilled Sea Scallops will accompany oven-roasted asparagus with sliced fresh tomatoes (Creole tomatoes, if their in season). Then topped with the Beurre Blanc sauce. Our second dish is Crab Cakes with a Hollandaise Sauce served. Then we’ll wrap it all up with New Orleans famous Beignets.

Wine, beer, sodas, tea, and water are included with your class. Classes are available every day at 10:00 am 2:00 pm or 6:00 pm. The minimum class is 2 people with a maximum of 10 people.
- Children over 10 are allowed but they must be willing to participate and more importantly love to cook!

CANCELLATION POLICY |
We make sure everything is ready for your class 24 hours before class time. Therefore, please let us know 48 hours before class time if you need to cancel or re-book for another time.
